Healthy Obsession

Chia Seed Pudding, you've probably read about it, eaten it or even made it before. It's super delicious and so easy to prepare yourself. And did I mention healthy too?!
I've become obsesses with it.
So obsessed that it's become my new breakfast.

In just a few easy steps you can make this your new obsession too.
The following amounts will yield to one generous bowl of pudding.

You'll need:
  • ½ cup mild/ almond milk / soy milk
  • 2 tablespoons Chia Seeds
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla Sugar
  • A drop of maple syrup or honey

Add all of these ingredients together in a sealable bowl, mix well and then set aside for 15 minutes. After that mix well once more and let it cool for at least 5 hours in the fridge. And voilà you've prepared your very own home made Chia Seed Pudding.

I love to add some berries just before eating for a fruity twist. Obviously you can add whatever else your heart desires, even chocolate chips.

I usually prepare my pudding the night before so it's all ready when I get up in the morning. It's a real time saver when you're not to keen on getting up early in the mornings.
I also love eating it as a study snack, yeah obsessed.
Nutritious, light and delicious.
Do you have any new obsessions?
